During the two year programme, the graduates undertake four six-month rotations, providing them with operational experience across multiple business functions.At least one rotation is conducted outside of their home country during the two-year programme. This helps to develop globally mobile individuals, with the knowledge and capability to support our future business growth. Throughout the programme, graduates follow a structured development programme (designed in partnership with our external supplier) to build on graduate competencies and help to maximise both individual and business effectiveness.
