Daily scope of work: active search for qualified candidates, according to vacancies requirements, using following channels: LinkedIn, professional community, forums, internal database, social networks, job boards etc.Gathering, screening and selecting resumesInitial contact with potential «cold» candidatesAdditional responsibilities: alternative modules of research, phone screenings (candidate's salary expectation, short phone interview etc.)experience in self-filling vacanciesformation of a pipeline for vacancies for the business needs of the sourcing department, including pipeline for vacancies (active and future), as well as pipeline of companiesappointment of interviews and English tests with further stages of interviewing according to the stated requirements

Welcome/Receive visitors and guests during official visits, and direct/usher them appropriately; Issue security passes and maintain visitor records; Receive and file incoming correspondence and ensures on time delivery to the addressee. Send outgoing correspondence. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls, interviews etc, booking meeting rooms.; Maintain and update office plans and layouts including personnel relocation through the office. Monitor shortages - to control the availability of goods and to make a list of the necessary ones for the purchase (kitchen supplies, household goods, water, stationary, first aid etc.) Ensure high quality of internal services provision to employees, including responding to requests and concerns. Solve internal JIRA requests (furniture replacement and change, repair, etc) Partial performing of L3 (support engineer) duties, including the installation of working equipment for newcomers, connection to the work net, the elimination of minor malfunctions of office equipment, the issuance of computer consumables, the provision of equipment to colleagues who are in business trips.
