,,MICHAŁ" is a Polish company established in 1992. Our main activity is based on production of fodder and grain silos. We also build silos' batteries with the loading and unloading systems (based on bucket elevators and screw conveyors with possibility of grain cleaning). Silos are made of high quality flat galvanized steel. We also produce acid-proof stainless steel silos for food storage.

Truders is a polish producer of vending products and an owner of two brands: ENERGIA (drinks and chocolate bars with caffeine) and DR MILKO (instant products for coffee vending machines).

Setting up and developing the sales strategy in the region of Baltic states and Scandinavia; negotiations with business partners.

Marketing: covering for the maternity leave period for Marketing Manager; continuing the marketing strategy, preparing marketing promotions, materials, advertisements within the set budget, supporting regional sales managers in their tasks, preparing and taking part in the project of introducing new product to the market.Projects: coordinating all technical issues regarding product portfolio (certificates, validation of technical data etc.)

Organising and managing a company operating an ‘Invisible Exhibition’, a social and educational project located in Warsaw. Managing team of 20 people, including people with disabilities. Representing company before partners, governmental bodies and media. Managing daily operations of the company, among others financial, HR and marketing issues. Creating and consulting business activity plans with the owners, reporting to the owners.

Media relations: co-operation with Polish and foreign press, preparing managing partner’s statements, press releases, maintaining good relationships with journalists. Internal communication: updating Polish section of the Intranet and coordinating internal communication according to office strategy. PR: preparing submissions to both Polish and international legal rankings, preparing internal and external events. Editorial work: working with legal texts, advertisements and leaflets, co-operation with design agency. Preparing offers for legal services, research and business anlaysis.

Media relations: co-operation with Polish and foreign press, preparing managing partner’s statements, press releases, maintaining good relationships with journalists. PR: preparing internal and external events. Editorial work: working with legal texts, advertisements and leaflets, co-operation with design agency.

Editorial: work on the monthly bilingual (Polish and German) magazine (“Wiadomosci Gospodarcze”), and Chamber’s Annual Report, contacts with authors, translators, printing agency, etc. Media relations: cooperation with German and Polish media (press, TV, radio), preparation of statements for Chamber’s General Manager, press releases; responsibility for contacts with journalists. Public relations: work in a team preparing Chamber’s events (conferences, balls, picnics, business mixers, etc.), responsibility for contacts with VIPs and lecturers. Assisting the head of the Dept. with her tasks: organizing team work, maintaining contacts with governmental authorities, German federal institutions and NGO’s.

Managing maintenance of the office (purchases, repairs, etc.), budgeting, managing team of 4 people, negotiating prices with contractors.

Managing the internal on-line business contacts exchange operated by the German Industry Chamber, publishing a bulletin containing companies’ offers for partnerships, joint-ventures or contracts, translation work, providing clients with requested business information.
