- Daily communication with clients WW.- Analyze customer requirements, drive and coordinate preparation of commercial proposals.- Maintenance of existing customer contacts and establishing new contacts.- Tracking processes with the aim of winning orders.- Understand the customer’s buying process and decision making process and timeline.- Retain and grow existing revenue and identify, qualify, propose, and close new opportunities.

- Analysis of market, trends, product popularity, customers, and relevant information of products under responsibilities to prepare for product management planning.- Research for new products interested by target group to satisfy customer needs and drive gross sales.- Provide product knowledge and update about products to sales team.- Own brand products development (from the idea to realization).- Participation in creation of the marketing campaign and communicate to sales force for driving sales performance.- Build and maintain relationship with partners.

- Be the 2nd level of control for expenses and staff claim reimbursement control and ensure account payable is arranged correctly and timely with no breach to any related policy.- Arrange KPI reports related to expense and team performance to CEO/COO regularly or as requested.- Consolidate purchasing report and all key indicator and analysis - update all related information for weekly, monthly, or ex-com performance.- Problem solving and contingency plan for category related and issues.- Ensure training to new joiner as part of the induction program.- Ensure the team complies and follows with Operational Permanent Control, HR, Legal, Compliance and regulatory framework and requirement.- Coach and lead team for a better improvement and encourage team for trainings regularly

- Analyzing market trends and supplier landscape.- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management and suppliers.- Leading and managing key internal and external relationships.- Spotting and exploiting emerging trends and technologies.- Uncovering business-building ideas and cost-saving opportunities.- Designing sourcing strategies that improves the value, availability and technology of the service.- Striking deals through negotiation or leading competitive bidding.- Building effective working relationships with suppliers.- Developing strategic choices & interventions to deliver value to the business.- Accountable for flawless and professional execution of strategies and timely resolution of issues.- Participating as a critical member of a cross-functional team to deliver a project.- Accountable for excellence in business results and compliance.

- Procure materials and services per company SOPs and customer's contract to support customer's requirement.- Expedite material to fulfill production requirements, customer upsides and transitions.- Maintain good partnership with supplier to ensure flawless support.- Optimize inventory order through the most effective solutions (e.g.: shipping mode, consolidation etc.).- Minimize inventory while maintaining adequate material level to meet production plans.- Timely execution of excess and obsolescence mitigation per SOP and customer contract- Provide visibility on materials availability to DA.- Managing problematic lot and MRB.
