As the Facilities and Office Manager at Millfields Trust, I bring over 10 years of experience working in the heart of the Stonehouse neighbourhood, Plymouth. For the past 15 months, I’ve been dedicated to supporting the regeneration of Union Street and helping local businesses thrive by providing affordable, high-quality business spaces. Prior to this role, I served as a Senior Administrator at a Stonehouse primary school, where I developed strong organisational and administrative skills while working closely with the local community.In my current role, I manage all aspects of facilities and office operations, from building maintenance and safety to sustainability and Health & Safety compliance. I work closely with local tradespeople within the PL1 postcode area to ensure that our operations benefit the local economy.On a daily basis, I handle office efficiency, manage conference room bookings, and address tenant queries to ensure a smooth and positive experience. I assist with onboarding new tenants and foster long-lasting relationships to support their growth.Having worked in the Stonehouse area for over a decade, I’m deeply passionate about this community and driven by Millfields Trust’s mission to create life-changing employment opportunities for local residents.
