Designed, differentiated, and taught English Language Arts curriculum in self-contained and integrated-co-teaching classes and provided Special Education Teacher Support Services at a mainstream school. -Coordinated goals for special education teachers using data-based inquiry as grade team leader. -Began the Girls’ Basketball Club on weekends and ran the Creative Writing Club during lunch.

Created and implemented a literacy programme at the Tradewinds Education Centre of Upstate Cerebral Palsy as a recipient of Hamilton College’s Emerson Grant using creative projects as a therapeutic tool. Trained student volunteers to ensure the programme’s longevity.
