Conducted a Maternal Health Population Assessment, which included a survey, focus group, and presentation to administration and practice partners. This project focused on substance use during pregnancy, barriers to care and treatment, and the differing perceptions regarding the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and opioids.

Demonstrated how bioinformatics and disease mapping are essential in health care and infection prevention. I accomplished this by annotating viral signatures in blood to track individual pathogenic variants.
