• Act as the connecting link between the department and the students• Collect feedback from peers and communicate within the department• Frequent meetings with the course director to discuss issues, stay up to date with the student union• Communicate any changes or new ideas with my course members and organising class social events

• Represent University and course in open days as well as liaising directly with the public• Inspiring and raising aspirations of future generations of university students by sharing my own university experiences• Responsible for the first impression to new students • Providing accurate information about the university from a student perspective

• Use programming to manipulate complex and unstructured data sets• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using analytical techniques• Develop understanding of actuarial principles and techniques• Analyse historic data and trends to inform forecasting and planning• Produce Statistical Models• Contribute to the delivery of analytical projects and work with Analyst Leads across multi-disciplinary teams

• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and deal with inquiries • Organise and service meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)• Collect and evaluate feedback to enable better decision making• Prepare reports for the society members with recommendations on how to achieve them• Develop and maintain a digital filing system

Cash handling and transaction management as well as accepting jackets and personal belongings from customers, taking cash, issuing tickets and ensuring the security of these items.

• Assisting in the coordination of all charity events• Manage, monitor and report all the financial transactions• Organise charity events for fundraising • Ensure that any handling of cash is done in a trustworthy manner with full records kept
