Software and Hardware V&V in R&D Holo Intl DepartmentMain responsibilities:•Implementing and monitoring structured system manual and automated testing strategies and methodologies.•Driving and executing manual system tests (system integration, regression and reusable testing). Working with the development team to employ test strategies and tactics on assigned projects and ensure full execution of the strategy.•Develop, implement, and maintain test methodologies, V&V test plans, test cases, test scripts, detailed software defect reports and traceability matrices for design verification.•Participating in system and sub-system requirement review process to ensure that requirements are actionable, measurable, and testable.•Partnering with the development team to identify the testing approaches for new software development, enhancements, and bug fixes.•Analyzing data from testing activities, interpreting results in the context of existing testing data, and preparing clear and accurate technical documentation. •Collate test results and present reports on testing protocols.•Analyzing requirement coverage, test case effectiveness, test execution and defect identification and closure.•Represent the test team in core team meetings and closely interact with cross-functional teams on a daily basis in triage meetings, grooming sessions and retrospective sessions.•Follow Agile processes including, scrum ceremonies, and sprint-based testing.•Supporting the hardware team in designing and prototyping, technical documentation review process and identifying the testing approaches for the new design.
