With a background in material and product development, I've developed a passion for textile circularity. During my eight years at TEXAID, I've had the opportunity to observe the industry's shift towards circular supply chains and business models firsthand.In my current role, I manage key accounts, conduct research and development, and oversee project management. Leading an R&D team at TEXAID, we focus on sorting textile waste and recycling used clothing and textiles into new fibers and products. This diverse position enables me not only to foster strategic partnerships and client relationships but also to drive technological and operational advancements crucial for circular textile supply chains.The industry's journey towards achieving net-zero goals necessitates a shift from linear to circular business models, prioritizing durable products and recycled fibers.
