I graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. My GPA is 3.88. My previous jobs include research assistant, grocery attendant, retail assistant, mentor, campaign organizer, and appropriations committee member. My current resume does not accurately reflect my future aspirations and goals, as I plan to broaden my career horizon to something where I can make a difference and have meaning. I have recently moved to New Jersey from California and intend to pursue a career in law, research, political science, and/or data analysis.   I had the opportunity to cross-train in nearly every department during my time working for this company. I began as an entry-level employee in the Chicken Kitchen, and moved to other departments in the store after completing mastery/competency in the previous department. I was able to learn the ins and outs of each role within a large retail store such as this one and also participated in community outreach projects. I also got to see how important it is for local businesses to interact meaningfully with the community in order to foster growth from both sides!
