As the co-founder and owner of contentgroup-I am responsible to work with the senior managers and team to manage the performance of the business. Working with the executive team I manage all operations of the business with a focus on human resources, ICT management, growth and strategy.

I expanded my responsibilities to include human resources, ICT management, stakeholder engagement as well as retaining the responsibility for media production, In this time, the team grew from 8 to 23.

I was a co-founder of contentgroup in 1997. From 2005-2010 I worked on various Production projects for contentgroup and various clients in a Freelance capacity. In 2010 I moved into a role with contentgroup that began with managing the establishment of new premises in the middle of Canberra's CBD that included the construction and established broadcast quality television studio in the centre of Canberra. Leveraging my digital media skills, I produced and directed a range of content for a variety of Government and private clients for their online digital channels. My main responsibility was for production staff, scheduling, and the day to day running of the content creation teams and facilities.

In this time, I was fortunate to raise two daughters. But also kept my hand in with freelance video production and content creation.

This position was created to build the digital media capability of ABC Canberra (Television, Radio and online). The tasks included planning, producing, filming, editing, and publishing content on the three platforms,

In the role of New Media Producer ABC Public Affairs website ' The Public Record', I was required to manage the media output from Parliament House in a coordinated program of content for this new public affairs gateway. This lightly resourced but highly effective project was rewarded with an Australian new media award in 2001. New Media / Radio Producer ABC Canberra Local RadioDigital content producer- produce/shoot/edit/sharer of content on all platforms

Working as a part of the Television news and current affairs team in the Federal Parliamentary Press Gallery I undertook a range of roles including sound recordist/ camera assistant, Studio cameraNews editor, Archives and research, Producer pilot 'In the Can' for Fly TV, Occasional Director of local program 'Snapshot' and Production Manager for special projects and local ABC TV Canberra Production.

Managed artwork production and co-ordination for publications including Architectural World.

Managed and Directed all advertising photography for 5 fashion magazines including Studio Men, Studio Bambini, Studio Bride, Studio Collections, Studio Beauty.The roles included the project management and coordination of all artwork and design between the Art Department and clients. Major clients included Zegna, Estee Lauder and Morrisey and Edmiston.
