It’s not always easy to answer these questions yourself. Life is often just too busy with everyday stuff to do, challenges to solve, short term goals to nail. That’s where I come in. A speaker, coach and trainer with eighteen years experience. I help individuals and organisations thrive. And how do I do this? As a speaker talking on both public and private platforms, as a coach and as a trainer delivering webinars, Lunch & Learns, workshops and Strategy sessions. As a coach, I am here to ask the powerful questions, to help you see what’s really going on for you or your company, and then to formulate a plan to make the changes you decide need making. And then, of course, I will hold you accountable - we don’t just talk it’s actions required too! My training is all based on sharing the tips and tools needed to help you and your company thrive - from self-care, resilience, communication to mind set, motivation and values training. Brought up in South Africa, I have lived in Italy, France and Portugal and I now like in the UK. So I see myself as a citizen of the world and my focus is to help as many people as I can to find a way to thrive at work no matter where they live and who they are. The workplace needs to be a place where the air is clean, the lifestyle lived sustainably, the work force is inclusive and diverse and workplace wellbeing is front and centre of any and every company.
