Human Resources Business Partner
CurrentData Analysis:- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, including recruitment, employee engagement, turnover rates, and performance metrics.-Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).-Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven HR initiatives.-Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems and reporting.-Support the development of ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management.-Manage employee relations, including resolving workplace issues and handling employee inquiries.-Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.-Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and other HR programs.-Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.-Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
