● Answering phone and responding to emails ● Collecting cash from onsite registration from 4 studios● Posting job positions and interviewing potential candidates● S2S Events/Class outing Coordination (project managing the events to make sure everything runs smoothly, including the communication to customers and liaison with vendors, ordering S2S paraphernalia etc.) ● Ordering business cards for staff● Ordering s2s t-shirts and ensuring that the Studio managers have them for their SIP/SAP participants when needed● Coordinating instructor schedules for private lessons, performance, offsite event lessons● Managing CEOs business and personal calendar● Coordinate meetings internal and external● Periodically sending internal staff communication regarding organizational/operational changes and student emails as required● Managing internal distribution list● Work with internal cross functional teams (ie. Marketing, operations, web designer etc)

Design various materials such as flyers, advertisements, cd covers, DVD covers, business cards etc. Meet with clients and come up with ideas for their required projects.
