Within the export and international team I provide technical support to production planning through the elaboration of the demand plan (sales forecasts and order book).I contribute to the management of relations with the production area according to any clients' needs expressed during the contract.I monitor the performance and efficiency of the sales network by means of Salesforce and Sedapta CS tool Sales Forecast. Finally, I use SAP to check the availability of items requested by customers.

I worked with Cat Tools, like SDL Trados and Phrase, to carry out some tasks related to the editing department, such as alignments, TMs creation.I also took part to some tasks of the project management department, such as assigning translation projects to internal translators and delivering the translations to clients.Finally, I also contributed to the development of the marketing strategy by using LinkedIn in order to reach new leads.
