I love that feeling early in a project when things begin to *just click* for everybody and we move from discomfort, to having momentum, to soaring and succeeding. The Tech industry can be tough – more than the “outside world” ever realises – but with the right people, attitude, tools and drive it’s amazing what we can bring into creation for the greater good.So far, I have had a rewarding 9 years in IBM Consulting Application Engineering Services during which time I have actively sought Project Management and Consultancy roles that allowed me to experience the full IT systems project lifecycle from ideation, leading and delivering discovery initiatives and change programmes with over 8 large FS clients, through design/build/test, service go-live and beyond.I believe in servant leadership and I collaborate closely on the detail/daily problem solving with teams of architects and dev/test/quality engineers but can quickly context-switch for engaging with client teams, C-suite executives and third parties. I build robust, client-centric transformation roadmaps that account for key dependencies, risks, resourcing availability, and more. I operate with commercial sensitivity and deliver projects to time and budget. Agile, Waterfall or maybe a hybrid of the two - I've experienced them all and can implement the right team structure for the environment.I enjoy what I do and I feel privileged to have worked with some of the brightest minds in the industry!
