My role is to:Increase brand awareness: marketing strategy, brand development, web site traffic growth, blog set-up and original content authoring.Manage the business development team: business development plan & sales strategy.Develop the product: focus on the commercial aspect of development work, fulfilment of existing clients' requests and product pricing.Look for strategic partnerships: identifying key players in the industry (PMS providers, hotel management companies, hotel marketing companies and so on) and confirming partnerships whenever mutually beneficial commercial opportunities arise.Manage the account management team, with the responsibility of renewing existing clients portfolio.Manage the corporate sales team: increase GDS revenue to hotels in key corporate destinations through a mix of sales consultancy and support, proactive sales activities, consortia participation, GDS marketing activities and revenue management consultancy.

Running the corporate sales team and account management team with the objective of renewing existing client portfolio and increasing revenue coming from each account.In particular corporate services are addressed to those hotels which aim to increase their GDS revenue coming from the corporate segment (business transient travel).Consulting hotels on consortia participation packages through an in-depth analysis of revenue and market forecasts.
