I am an environmental scientist with 14 years of experience working on all aspects of the environmental field for transportation related projects as well as park and site projects. I prepare National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation for state, county, and municipal projects. Documentation includes associated studies and field reviews including wetland delineations and assessments, threatened and endangered species surveys and Section 7 consultation, Section 4(f) assessments, air and noise studies, and contamination assessments. In addition, I have permitted projects on the state, federal, and local levels, including all water management districts in Florida, the GDNR, FDEP, SHPO, FFWCC, USCG, USACE, USFWS and many others. Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area
