As VP of People Operations, I led transformative global people programs designed to attract, develop, and retain top talent. I’m passionate about harnessing the power of data to connect insights with action, which enables me to build strategies that drive impactful business outcomes.Partnering directly with the CEO, I spearheaded a cultural transformation that elevated eNPS to record highs.
