The Time Out Foundation aims to create a mutually beneficiary dialogue about the (psychological) well-being of young people (ages 18-35) by supporting and initiating interactive projects, such as theatre productions, workshops and debates. Topics such as sexual health, alcohol and drug abuse and performance pressure are being discussed. By doing so, the Foundation hopes to increase independence, confidence and self-respect among future generations.

De Kiesmannen create impactful productions to activate young people to think about and engage in societal/political issues on a national and an international level. They do so by creating, presenting and moderating interactive formats full of humor and energy such as theater shows, podcasts and education programs. Moreover, they help companies and organizations to convert complicated social issues into compelling stories.

Working on a real-life consultancy project for the UNFCCC on inclusive climate adaptation governance in a team of 14. Tasks include researching, data gathering and writing to provide the partner organization with valuable and practical recommendations based on solid scientific research. My consultancy research focuses on enhancing transparency within climate finance implementation. I am also executing the role of discussant, designer and completer.
