I supervise HSEC at site, and am actively participiating in promoting safety awareness and sound environmental practices in the field. I am involved in contractor management, and coordinate field staff when required. I also assist in the development of drill programs, through initial tenement research to POW applications. I am responsible for the quality of geological data collected in the field, in both logging and mapping. I am also responsible for ensuring that record keeping is appropriate, and data management is in place for all systems in the field. Ensure the collection of all geological samples and associated record keeping conforms to FMS procedures. Also, I am also adept at identifying, recommending and implementing measures for further improving quality in site-based activities, including conducting QAQC measures as required. I am also involved in providing technical knowledge to our ongoing project development, through active research in the field and attending workshops and conferences as required. Lastly, I am involved in report writing and technical communications within the company.

Coordinating technical meetings, committee meetings and liaising with other professional societies

I am responsible for drill planning, contractor management, field mapping and targeting. I also assist with target generation and resource development.

My research focused on understanding the role of soil-turbating biota such as termites in the dispersion of mineralised haloes, primarily in northern Australia.

Examine the use of termitaria as a sampling media for geochemical exploration in Northern Australia

I assisted with grade control assaying, lab-based preparation of samples for aqua regia digest, as well as helping the plant production team as required.
