Co-ordinating calls from the client and service desk duties on 4 different accounts Preparing weekly/monthly reports for Contract Managers – this includes RAG Reports/Operations Report using Cognos or data downloaded from Maximo or generated from Oracle Ensuring that reactive jobs are completed within their SLA’s Coordinating that all paperwork from engineers and subcontractors has been received and saved in relevant places(attached to Maximo and saved on shared drive) Raising Purchase Orders and ensuring that they are approved in timely manner Scheduling PPM visits Planning jobs for group of engineers

Providing administration support to Engineers, Supervisors and Contract Managers Reviewing, chasing and inputting timesheets on a weekly basis for engineering teams Processing engineers reports from PPM visits and Call outs Processing engineers quotes Chasing engineers for outstanding reports Raising Project Numbers on Oracle Collate supporting documentation for the P6 billing process Answering the telephone and address enquiries Administration filing such as WIP folders

Working in partnership with the General Manager to effectively manage the business. People management including assisting with recruitment, training & development, rota planning, performance management. Working with the GM to manage the P&L and other financial reporting. Cost control including ensuring team correctly manages stock and wastage, costs, and monitoring other outgoings. Ensuring every department operates inside company standards for quality and service. Proactively promoting the business as needed to increase revenue streams.
