Operate and troubleshooting of material glueing and folding machines like Omega/Expertfold/Jaggenberg, Performing full quality control of packaging printed materials such as product cartons, shipping boxes etc. for big pharmaceutical companies like Griffols, Takeda, Servier according to companies requirements.Visual control includes print quality check, check for abnormalities (ie. white spots, discoloration of print) , incorrect DIE cut check , incorrect glue application and several other potential material issues listed in material inspection SOP.

I had the opportunity to sign a fixed term contract to this well known pharmaceutical company as a Packaging Technician.My responsibilities include performing the full process of de-packing, inspection , reconciliation and rework preparation of several batches (this involves inspection and reconciliation of product vials and components).I also had the opportunity to receive training on a manual packaging line which includes setup, operation and calibration of : Varpe precise scale, Tamper application machine and performing manual packing process according to relevant SOPs and Packaging Batch Record and by following GMP guidelines.My other task includes: palletizing, labeling and transferring of finished product to the warehouse, competition of documentation necessary to provide right first time quality records of all tasks required to finish packaging process.
