•Coordination the onboarding and induction of new team members.•Maintenance of master data (PA) and position data (OM) within the global HR system.•SAP NetWeaver BC Tickets data back up.•Personnel Administration (SAP HR-PA) – ongoing services for employees and associate employees: personnel data registration, support the personnel requisition process, handling of email requests, tickets, notifications, incoming forms, role requests via IT Shop.•Organizational Management (SAP HR-OM) – defining of an organisational structure including the relationships between positions and a reporting structure, simulation of organisational changes, reporting.•Support with access to the functions in personnel administration, including employee self-service (SAP ESS/MSS), soft HR.•Special handling of Top Management and Expats, regular data back up, translation of positions.•Providing managers with HR functions (Manager's Desktop) and providing employees with personnel information and functions (e.g. the possibility of data editing) Manager Self Service (SAP MSS), Employee Self Service (SAP ESS).•The experience in large-scale projects SAP HR (in terms of the number of employees, supported locations and transactions) implementations in Poland; experience in international HR projects and SAP HR rollouts.•Support with training management, personnel development – qualification management, reporting employee appraisals – recording of appraisals and linking .•Recording of information about applicants, statistics, system management of vacancies, automatic correspondence with contact persons in different countries, applicant data transfer, reporting, regular data back up.•On daily basis with German speaking countries and support to western countries.

•Recruit and select new employees•Overall management and responsibility of Sandwich Artist™, Shift Managers, Assistant Managers•Ensure that new employees are trained and inducted in accordance with Subway training requirements•Provide ongoing coaching of employees and lead expectations by example•Prepare the rosters in line with budgeted labour and man hours•Run employee counseling sessions and Investigation Meetings. Inform Operations Manager of escalated employee issues.•Perform employee appraisals once every quarter•Mentor Assistant Managers as required
