The Latvian Association of Journalists was established on November 24, 2010 by 56 founding members.The main goals of the association are to improve the professional environment of journalists, to defend freedom of speech and press, to facilitate discussions about professional and ethical problems, to defend the professional, economic and social rights of journalists, to develop and improve mass media laws, to take care of the professional training and development of members, and to help journalists to engage in lifelong learning.

One of 7 board members in association, that is the biggest and most active journalists organisation in Latvia.

Lectures on radio and journalism for 2nd year Communication Sciences students.

During this period of time I hosted and produced radio shows about feminism, culture, science and psychology. One of the most important shows was my radio show "Feminaba", that I created together with my fellow student from philosophy "Feminaba". we had midnight interviews with people who are prominent speakers about feminism. Under my initiative Radio started its annual tradition to call for photographers that ends in traveling photo exhibition. It is a still living tradition today.Communicating with partners, organizing events, creative activities, and everyday office management.
