I am a second-year doctoral student at Michigan State University Counselor Education and Supervision Program. Currently I work as a Research Assistant for STEMM-Up and Project Excellence and continue to manage socially innovative project Profesia Lab for Alma Career in Slovakia. My research interest is in collaboration among various stakeholders in employment of under-represented groups in competitive labor market setting in Slovakia and Central Europe. I helped to create and run several successful initiatives, which includes a wide network of partners from the public and nonprofit sectors. In 2021, I received Fulbright Scholarship and spent a year as a visiting scholar at Michigan State University, which led to successful collaboration recognized by the Impact Award from the U.S. Department of State and the Institute of International Education. In 2022 The Pontis Foundation and Ashoka included me on the map of social innovators in Slovakia.
