After more than 25 years experience in the biotechnology and in-vitro diagnostic industries, I have laboratory and management expertise in product development, troubleshooting, scale up, process development, technology transfer, manufacturing and quality control of immunoassay based rapid one-step lateral flow and ELISA like tests for human and veterinary infectious diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis A, B and C, Chlamydia, Dengue, Heartworm and others. I have learned to work in a GMP environment to meet FDA PMA, CE, WHO and USDA standards.
