Main responsibilities: • Ownership and control of the treasury P&L and balance sheet, including oversight of the periodic reporting for debt, derivatives/hedging accounting, and finance costs.• Ownership of complex accounting areas• Driving post-implementation improvements of the Tagetik consolidation system• Financial reporting at parent, group, and subsidiary levels, including the preparation of various disclosures and notes to the accounts.• Review of subsidiary statutory accounts prepared by other team members for accuracy and compliance.• Liaising with external auditors

Main responsibilities:• Audit of financial reporting and/or consolidation packages of the companies in accordance with corresponding standards;• Analysis of financial performance and overall activity of the companies using different methods (financial coefficients, trends analysis, benchmarking, etc.);• Investigation and description of business-processes and analysis of risks;• Supervising and monitoring junior staff, delegating tasks and performing detailed review, effectively manage teams;• Creating strong relationships with clients;• Communication with those charged with governance;• Preparing management letter issues noted throughout the duration of the audit for review of partner in charge• Managing portfolio of clients, including budgets, resource planning, billing;• Coaching, training and developing junior team members
