SALES:- Wholesale and Franchising customers management: maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance- Seasonal budgets analysis and definition- Seasonal collection sales in the Company Showroom, maintaining forecasted sales volumes and product mix- Sales campaign reporting- Monitoring of sales trends of the different marketsMERCHANDISING:- Seasonal Collection Planning, according to historical sales data, collection functionality and price ranges- Collection pricing and definition of the price-lists- Elaboration of the Suggested Selection for the customers- Seasonal Product training- Sell in and sell out analysis, elaboration of Merchandising Reports, competitors analysis

- Responsible for 12 stores in Italy and 5 abroad, branded Murphy&Nye and Refrigiwear- Stores performance analysis and monitoring of sales, stock level, sell- through, with focus on the main KPI - Qualitative sales analysis, replenishments and merchandise integrations/change- Seasonal budgets analysis and definition- Seasonal sales campaigns in Company Showroom, order creation together with Franchisees, respecting defined buying budgets - Definition of commercial and contractual agreements and management of relationships with Franchisees- Periodical stores visits

- Analysis of target markets/countries/cities- Research and selection of the best locations for positioning stores (city centre and/or shopping malls)- Franchisee recruitment through direct researches for high potential partners, spontaneous contacts via web and/or phone, indirect contacts received from Branches and/or Regional Agencies- Opening proposals evaluation: analysis of potential Franchisees company profile, business plans and P&L analysis for verifying business sustainability- Kick off to roll-out activities, following opening projects approval, in close collaboration with other involved Company Departments (Interior Design, Customer Service, IT, Visual Merchandising)- Franchising contracts management
