At unipart I was managing the stock levels and movement around the warehouse worth millions of pounds, I had to investigate discrepancies and report back to management with my findings. I started on the project management team where I helped implement a new warehouse management system into the depot, I was sent away for training ready for the future system known as red prairie, this is a system that is being implemented globally I was then going to be teaching this in house. I project managed a number of internal projects helping the stock team become one of the most successful ever and reducing the amount of Errors and increasing put through in the warehouse.
