Managed data & analytics workflow for two of the four interventions of the Big Lift, a PreK-3rd grade initiative in 10+ school districts and child care agencies in San Mateo County. Workflow included coordinating data collection, building and analyzing multi-year datasets, and producing reports and visuals for the Board of Education.

Co-led the $1.2B school district budget as part of a four-person management team, including:- Providing direct oversight for state and federal resources, private grants, high schools, and Early Education-specific programs. - Conducting deep analysis and reporting on budgets and spending for senior leadership. - Designing and implementing operational improvements and policy recommendations.- Using Excel and Stata to automate the creation and analysis of 300+ department budgets.- Producing revenue estimates and planned expenditures to submit to the SF Board of Education and the CA Department of Education.- Serving as a resource and thought partner to program managers and school principals.

Write policy brief on the economic impacts of California's early care and education system. Incorporate research and analysis, including effect on parent labor force participation and teacher wages.

Conducted an equity analysis of early childhood programs and services in San Francisco with Stata and Excel, using a framework from the Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE). Evaluated enrollments and payments data to inform strategic planning, including Prop C 2018 implementation. Created dashboards and other visualizations in Tableau.

Managed continuum of programs and partners serving families with children age 0-5 in the Kenilworth-Parkside neighborhood in Washington, DC.- Wrote and implemented budget of approximately $600,000- Hired and supervised the Early Learning Coordinator. - Directed contracts and programs with 10+ partner organizations such as Smithsonian Institution and Scholastic, Inc.- Served as PNC Grow Up Great panelist at National Center for Families Learning Summit in October 2016- Authored and won $30,000 KaBOOM! “Play Everywhere” challenge grant to create a play space in Kenilworth-Parkside.

Implemented early learning programs in Kenilworth‐Parkside for parents with children age 0 to 5, serving approximately 100 parents per month and over 500 individuals annually.- Developed program curriculum and content for parent-child workshops.- Built and managed Excel budget tracking tool for Department of Education and PNC funds.- Managed attendance and assessment data in Efforts to Outcomes database. Co-authored parent assessment.- Led outreach and recruitment, bringing in 50 new families within six months.

Taught Kindergarten (2013-2014) and First Grade (2014-2015) as Associate Teacher.- Researched, created, and taught curricula, including social-emotional curricula and project-based learning.- Wrote student progress reports and led parent-teacher conferences three times annually.
