I'm Anna, a passionate professional with a unique journey that has taken me from a background in Public Health to a thriving career in software development.I hold a BA degree in Public Health and an MA degree in Management of Public Health Organizations. Here, I started a new path as a Customer Service Agent. Over the years, I demonstrated leadership potential and was promoted to the role of Team Leader, where I honed my skills in team collaboration and problem-solving.In 2017, I embarked on a new challenge by enrolling in a programming course to build native apps for Android. This decision opened up exciting possibilities and ignited my passion for software development.Shortly after, in 2018, I joined Shopify. Drawing from my programming skills and a strong customer-centric background, I embarked on a journey that saw me progress from a Customer Service Agent to a Theme Support Specialist, and ultimately, to a Software Developer.
