I'm Anna, a passionate professional with a unique journey that has taken me from a background in Public Health to a thriving career in software development.I hold a BA degree in Public Health and an MA degree in Management of Public Health Organizations. My academic foundation instilled in me a commitment to making a positive impact on society, which has continued to shape my career choices.I am known as a go-getter with a constant smile and a positive 'can-do' attitude. I've never hesitated to accept additional responsibilities, and all my actions have been directed toward targets and goals. My dedication and efforts have been recognized by team members, and I received a nomination for the annual 'Believe In Better' Award—the highest recognition at Sky.My professional journey began in Poland, where I worked as a Pharmacist and Retail Assistant, and continued after my move to Ireland in 2010. Here, I started a new path as a Customer Service Agent. Over the years, I demonstrated leadership potential and was promoted to the role of Team Leader, where I honed my skills in team collaboration and problem-solving.In 2017, I embarked on a new challenge by enrolling in a programming course to build native apps for Android. This decision opened up exciting possibilities and ignited my passion for software development.Shortly after, in 2018, I joined Shopify. Drawing from my programming skills and a strong customer-centric background, I embarked on a journey that saw me progress from a Customer Service Agent to a Theme Support Specialist, and ultimately, to a Software Developer.
