With over eight years of experience in financial risk management, I am currently the Manager of Finance at RP Radiology AB, a leading provider of diagnostic imaging solutions in Sweden. In this role, I oversee the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the company, as well as the implementation and compliance of Basel II regulations. I also support the development and execution of the company's credit and portfolio management strategy, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and risk appetite. Prior to joining RP Radiology AB, I worked as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst and a Group Internal Auditor at Swedbank, one of the largest financial institutions in the Nordic region. There, I developed and applied the framework for risk appetite, risk tolerance, and target risk profile, as well as supported the credit strategy for retail and corporate customers.
