CurrentManager of 34 bed Nursing & Residential Home, providing a high standard of care to our Clients. Responsible for the smooth running of the home and adhering to Company, local & National policies and guidelines. Reponsible for 50 Employees. Recruitment, Quality Assurance, Infection Prevent & Control, Safeguarding. Fully Compliant with CQC. Award for most recommended care home. Assisted other Managers during induction periods. Worked closely with Safeguarding teams and police in investigations for other homes. Passionate about quality and Safeguarding and consider myself to be an advocate for the clients in my care. I will and have taken on roles over and above my job description. Work within budgets. Little turn over of staff. Market the home and the company on a weekly basis. Excellent reputation in the local community. Deal with profits and losses. Monthly reports on KPI'S, Roster reports, Training reports and monthly quality Audits.
