Over the 6-month internship I worked cross-divisionally in the HTA and Market Access divisions, where I worked on a range of client projects in different disease areas. My roles included assimilating clinical and cost-effectiveness evidence to support HTA submissions, conducting desk research, synthesising global value dossiers and payer value propositions, and quality checking documents.

Oversaw the administration of one of the largest subject societies in the university, my roles including: securing room bookings, organising and taking minutes for meetings, writing society emails, maintaining the society mailing list and helping to organise balls and events.

Was responsible for organising the finances, booking training session slots, leading training sessions and promoting the club on social media.

Carried out work experience at a technology-enabled solutions provider where I was involved in the testing of machines, shadowed engineers and had talks with the head of sales and finances. I also had the chance to speak with patients currently receiving dialysis to gauge the impact of the new machines.
