My tasks and responsibilities as a Junior BTL Brand Communication and Trade Marketing Specialist include: - planning, designing, and producing BTL materials- creating BTL marketing campaigns that align with ATL campaigns - looking after consistency in brand communication - implementing BTL marketing projects regarding brand image and promotion of products- POS marketing activities: creating and enforcing guidelines regarding the display of BTL materials, scheduling digital campaigns - supervising the compliance of marketing projects with the brand book- cooperating with the departments of products, logistics and sales, and a creative agency

- Coordinating social media profiles (Twitter, LinkedIn)- Managing email inbox - Maintaining Polish and Dutch media databases- Updating contact lists- Improving reach

- Private and corporate event organization (including conferences, concerts, parties, social events, etc.) for Dutch and international companies.- Management of the entire inbound sales process from client inquiries, contract creation and negotiation, to final invoicing.- Streamlining of the sales process, upkeeping the internal documentation.

- Customer service, including managing ticketing systems, newsletter, email inbox and telephone customer service.- Participating in the sales department meetings focused on marketing and development strategies, raising profitability, increasing sales.
