As an Associate under Mr. Alawi, I gained considerable experience in drafting, review and revision of, contracts and agreements, primarily in the areas of employment and corporate law, as well as corporate and secretarial documents including those required for company incorporation. I also had the opportunity to research on and draft Legal Notices, Reply Notices and Legal Opinions based on the relevant laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and client's legal requirements.
