Through my role, I have built a strong network in the region, collaborating effectively with both public and private sector organizations involved in youth development.• #HACKtourism - Forza of Sweden & Ung i Sommar (Malmö Stad) 2021 As the operational project manager for the #hacktourism project in summer 2021, I led a team of 8 course leaders and 120 youth. Our goal was to document the best "staycation" options for young people in the city. This project offered participants valuable experience as freelance travel journalists and helped them develop skills in communication, self-leadership, and workplace demands. I focused on effective team communication, planning, providing feedback, and supporting the youth in basic filming, editing, photography, and storytelling. Hack Tourism aimed to empower young Malmö residents with new experiences, connections, and insights into the professional world. • Årets Unga Entreprenör Skåne 2017 & 2018 The project showcase young talents to the business sector and contribute to the Region’s visibility of entrepreneurship and innovation. As project manager I have been in charge of the award ceremony at Helsingborg Näringslivsdagar’s HBG Talks and planning, carrying out and evaluating the public relations aspects of the entire project. • Forza Power Hours A nonprofit project that aimed to make newly arrived women visible in their new city and highlight their potential for the municipality of Helsingborg.

• Academy for Schools, a school course for gymnasium students (age 15-18) that provides a hands on learning in entrepreneurship during students UF - term (Junior Achievement). I was a faciliator at Thoren Business School (Helsingborg, Linköping, Sundsvall and Umeå).• The Academy, a new business course for beginner entrepreneurs. The course focus on the creative, planning and strategic process of the business idea with the aim to provide the right business tools for entrepreneurs. I was a faciliator at municipalities Svalöv and Ängelholm.

As a Marketing Communication Manager I have been responsible for Forza's external communication, where I worked with strategic, operational work and practical implementations. I have worked to strengthen the company's brand with a strong digital presence and PR in regional media. During my time the company gained a bigger audience with an active engagement rate and a clear visual brand identity.

Together with the company's CEO, I have been leading in set the company's sales plan and strategy aimed at both the public sector and the private market. My focus was to establish and maintain long-term customer relations.

Vevios is the safety alarm of the guture for elderly and chronically ill. Vevios works like a wearable cell phone and secures communication between user and home care. Assist in the development of international PR strategies towards Scandinavian market and execution of product publicity through pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. Provide constant and informed support to PR Manager in Moscow. Carry out digital PR campaign, develop PR communications calendar and share it with all relevant teams. Assist in executing press announcements and launches.

Summer 2014 I was handpicked for a strategic intern position at the New York based agency StrawberryFrog. I had the privilege to be involved in big projects for clients like Tesla Motors, Jim Beam and Fuji Instax. I contributed with market analysis, research and consumer insights, digital strategy for social media, working with new business and creating client presentations.

As part of my education at Berghs School of Communication I did an internship at the advertising agency Granath Havas Worldwide, where I mainly assisted the Planner and project managers at the agency. I contributed with brand analysis, strategy and planning insights and was doing research for different projects.

Autumn of 2012, I did an internship at the advertising agency Futurniture where I mainly worked as an assistant to the CEO and project managers. I contributed as a production assistant, coordinator and researcher. I participated in several big projects such as IKEA’s campaign ”Borta bra men hemma fest ”, SALAR (Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions) campaign ” Sweden’s most important job ” and IKEAs project with WWF – Ecoration.
