Upon taking over the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) in 2021, she was tasked with compliance oversight and the roll out of an alternative risk captive. In 2024, she was name President of WellRithms. Her professional experiences include elementary education, chaplaincy, and property management, and she has volunteered with hospice services, private school boards, and relief efforts for South Sudan.
