I am responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in developing and executing the company's strategic plan to ensure the achievement of the company's goals. Manage the day-to-day operations and business processes of the company and coordinate cooperation between departments. Monitor the company's performance and business metrics to ensure the long-term sustainability of the company. Participate in key decisions and provide strategic advice and guidance to the company. Represent the company to external stakeholders (e.g. investors, partners, customers) and work with them. Manage the senior management team and work with them to drive the development and growth of the company. Oversee the company's risk management and compliance matters, ensuring that the company operates within a legal and ethical framework. Perform duties on behalf of the CEO in his or her absence and perform other duties as assigned. Work closely with the Company's Board of Directors and senior management to ensure alignment with the overall interests and goals of the Company.

I am responsible for setting sales strategies and goals to ensure alignment with the overall company strategy. Manage the sales team, including recruiting, training and motivating sales staff. Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships. Analyze sales data and market trends to develop sales forecasts and reports. Coordinate sales department with other departments to promote synergy. Lead key business negotiations and key customer communications. Provide sales strategy recommendations and decisions to drive sales growth. Monitor sales target achievement and provide improvement measures. Participate in the development of sales budgets and resource allocation. Train and develop sales team to improve team performance and sales skills.
