My job at Joann Fabrics and Crafts consists mainly of stocking, truck, cashier, sometimes shipping and pickup orders, and cut counter. As a casual team member, my primary job is to help provide customers with the best experience by inspiring creativity within them and driving sales through advanced product knowledge, innovative merchandising, and cutting counter accuracy. I also work with my co-workers and managers to make the store run the best. Apart from the job, I must be open and work efficiently and hard when working or if my manager calls me in.
