Anna Quinlan is President of Item Processing, Remittance and Client Services, Bank Solutions, Fiserv. She leads the group responsible for Item Processing products and services utilized by more than 2,500 financial institutions, as well as the Remittance business for over 135 financial institutions. In addition, Anna serves as an Enterprise Relationship Manager for a major client, overseeing their complete back office outsourcing for Day One and Day Two Item Processing and Remittance.In addition, Anna recently assumed responsibility for all service teams within Bank Solutions. These teams support over 4000 banks nationally. Before joining Fiserv in 2001, Anna worked for Northern Trust Corporation, where she was Senior Vice President of Treasury Management Operations, responsible for lockbox, check processing, disbursements, money movement, client services and investor services. She has served in a variety of roles at the Chicago Clearing House and the U.S. Postal Committee, and has delivered presentations on Treasury Management topics for the Bank Administration Institute, TAWPI and other local and national organizations. Anna earned her BA degree at Illinois State University and a graduate degree in Banking from the University of Illinois.

Our item processing solutions include end to end image processing services including check image capture, transit, exception and return processing, check clearing, archive, statements and fraud detection. Our remittance solutions include private-labeled wholesale, retail, wholetail, healthcare, image, property management and remote capture lockbox services.
