I am a Vision Business Assistant, prepared for the VUCA world, thanks to my experiences as CEO in the founding and management of my own commercial company, in addition to 22 years in charge of the Import-Export area.I consider myself a qualified person to accompany companies and professionals towards achieving the growth of their objectives, through my Transversal and Systemic Management System in the National and International area of purchases and sales, as Administrative Technical Personal Secretary of #Outsourcing.I am backed by extensive experience in the tasks of different business areas:- Import and Export Department: comprehensive management of international purchases/sales, transport and customs, as well as in all types of negotiations with national and foreign suppliers/customers, using daily oral and written English and French.- Logistics and warehouse department: comprehensive stock management, receipt of purchases, invoicing, management of orders and warehouse locations, labeling of packages for shipment and subsequent coordination and monitoring with transport agencies.- Sales Service Department: telephone and written communication with clients to send offers, order management and the B2B portal, as well as administrative tasks of the department.- Accounting and finance: Payments to suppliers and customer collection, managing all means of payment and collection both nationally and internationally.
