Clinical trials - Study delivery activities to time, cost, and quality from study delivery concept through to database lock and study close out activities. Collect reviews and track regulatory documents; Interface with investigators, CRO’s, and marketing companies during the collection process to support effective delivery of a study and its regulatory documents and case report forms. Serve as main contact and work closely with the document management group until finalisation of the clinical study report. Responsible for leading, tracking, maintaining the Study Master File according to GCP standards, as well as planning and proactively collate the administrative appendices for the final study report. Applications and submissions to regulatory authorities by handling the study related material according to the required standards. Coordinate administrative tasks during the study process, audits and regulatory inspections according to the company’s standard operating procedures. Developed tracking tools in order to save time, be cost effective, avoid duplication of work between colleagues and to assist when a new member of staff is introduced to an already active study.
