• Support Human Resource Manager, Payroll and Human Resource Generalist; first point of contact for all HR-related queries and Expense Report Tracker• Support Employment Engagement Team, help organize events • Support United Healthcare Customer Service Department, United Healthcare Sales Department and CVS Caremark Department• Assist with Recruiting; Handle Drug testing, Employee On-Boarding, Set up interviews, issue relevant correspondence and make confirmation call for training classes• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. • Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.• Audit Files for Management and provide report to them on a weekly base• Support with Integration Process move from Connextions to Optum Health, Assist with Benefits and self-service systems with Payroll • Assist with FMLA, Doctors notes, Resignation Process and TAR’s with Human Resource Generalist• Create Job Aids to help employee navigation the Human Resource Systems• Process headset reimbursement, Request W2, and help assist agents with payroll issues
