Acting as Project Coordinator for Project Uqonic Chefs, key responsibilities are:- Directly coordinated the whole rollout strategy of a new key fine food project involving several stakeholders including 10+ globally acclaimed Michelin Star chefs.- Main point of contact between gategroup and Michelin Star chefs.- Successfully pitched the project to new potential partners allowing the development and onboarding of new key culinary players.- Liaised between external stakeholders and marketing team to design an efficient marketing strategy to support the release of the product in different locations.- Responsible for the e-commerce platform, a pivotal tool for the success of the project which facilitates sales, costs control, and order/purchase management.- Involved in pricing strategies and efficient costs allocation within budget constraints.- Main point of contact between innovation & culinary team.- Creation of the main guidelines to facilitate the optimal end- result for the final customer.Acting as Project Manager for Spice it Up - a global internal training, specifically developed to assess potential skill gaps (culinary and leadership) within the culinary department to further improve quality and performance. Key responsibilities are: - Conducted a market research and managed the creation of a sales strategy to onboard new partners including EHL, Cordon Bleu, Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland which provided key reports (360 feedback) to allow the ideation of tailored trainings. - Liaising between internal HR and culinary department to ensure proper communication and optimal end-results. - Collaboration with HR for the creation of customized trainings based on 360 feedback results to fill talent/skill gaps.Other responsibilities:- Recruitment of new talents to support other internal start-ups (The Lunchery).- Assisting in the social media campaign including cooperation with different influencers of the culinary world.
