General overseeing and coordination of the Data Center ordering process for Germany (from order registration to handover);Ensuring that all standard requests are delivered on time and meet customer requirements;Controlling service delivery SLA achievements;Working close with internal teams (Order Management, engineers, TSMs) and others involved in the process to ensure effective service delivery and managed service improvement activities;Ensuring that the delivery teams maintain a clear understanding of client’s needs and provide day-to-day advice and support;Acting as SPOC for Siemens Industry and Siemens Healthineers regarding DC Ordering;Managing effective partner relationship with the customer (Siemens) and participate in client’s meetings;Managing of customer’s escalations;Escalating corrective actions if service delivery is not meeting expectations, propose amendments to improve the process;Participating in regular service reviews;

Preparing reports, protocols, charts and presentations for SDMs on a weekly and monthly basis, including data collection;Document Management: administration of SharePoint Libraries, uploading new contracts and reports, monitoring of contract status;Purchasing: creating requests in SRM (Shopping carts), confirmations in SRM, invoice and payment clarifications;Administrative Support: room booking, organizing and moderating meetings, granting access to applications and group shares, granting access to German locations (access cards) for Atos employees, blueKiwi moderation;Change Management: registering incoming changes in SharePoint, sending information to the customer, change status monitoring, change approval, participation in CAB Meetings;DC Ordering: registration of all DC Orders in SharePoint, order status monitoring, creating templates to orders, clarification with SDMs and TSMs, ALV check;

Preparation of international and national shipment of goods, transportation bookings, parcel tracking;Preparation, distribution and maintenance of export documentation incl. Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, customs declarations for shipments to Switzerland and other requested documents;Ensuring the documentation was accurately distributed and released to forwarding agents, customers and internal departments;Developing and maintaining customer service to internal and external customers, providing quotations;Keeping track of payments;Maintaining records of goods entry and exit;Collaboration with Production Department and Warehouse;Documents translation, office correspondence;
