I have a very extensive understanding of underwriting, an in-depth knowledge of lending criteria and superb client care and management. Many years within the industry has allowed me to forge great relationships with banks and funders that in turn allow me to achieve the results clients require. My career started in 2000 as a lending underwriter, holding mandates for both retail banks and specialist lenders. My initial underwriting position was with the Chelsea Building Society where I was responsible for approving mortgage applications introduced by mortgage intermediaries, the role allowed me to fully understand the complexities of how lending institutions work.Following Chelsea Building Society I graduated to higher value and more complex lending with more specialist funders such as Capital Home Loans and then First National. I then moved on to work as a Para-planner within John Charcol supporting one of the senior brokers, I liaised with both clients and lenders and was responsible for compiling the required due diligence to support and achieve successful finance offers for a very broad range of clients lending requirements.Prior to co-founding RW Property Finance I was the Head of High Net Worth Client Management for a boutique mortgage and property finance brokerage based in Mayfair, here I was responsible for sourcing specific Banks and funders to provide mortgage solutions for a diverse range of both national and international clients financing mainly in London, other high value parts of the UK and global locations.R.W. Anna’s experience spans 12 years, eight of which were underwriting mortgage approvals and on-site client risk assessment with major banks. Her relationship with key lenders and inside knowledge of their lending criteria perfectly complements her role in client care and overseeing the financing process from application to completion.
