Having been involved in the operations, management, & ownership of numerous businesses within the education, healthcare & aesthetics industries, I have always had the ambition to build a larger organisation, putting my experience & expertise to work in a way that is both meaningful to myself & those I work with.In addition, I have a real passion for working with ambitious, motivated individuals who are sincere, kind people & take a huge amount of satisfaction from helping them achieve their goals. My multi-layered involvement with the skincare & aesthetics industry started over twelve years ago when I first qualified as an Aesthetics Practitioner, under the guidance & direction of a pioneering & leading expert in the field. Since then, I have also qualified as an Independent Prescriber, still practising today. As a business mentor in the aesthetics industry, I specialise in bridging the theory-practice gap along with, prescribing, teaching, & mentoring non-surgical treatments. Through continuing professional development and engaging with the current leading experts in this field, I have gained further diverse experience, business insight and competence in aesthetics.In 2012, I established, ran & was involved in, an independent Aesthetics & Skincare Clinic for five years, until the business sale was complete. As part of the transition from one owner to the next, I remained close to the business for the first year, to ensure a successful migration, teaching, training and mentoring the new owner to maintain the high quality of treatments & processes patients were accustomed to & the brand represented. Under the new ownership, the clinic remains a successful & thriving business. I continue to provide a similar service to new aesthetics practitioners to support & guide them in their journey to providing high-quality patient-centred care & establishing their business.
